Refund policy

Cancelling an order for a refund is only available within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that refunds can take up 3 weeks to process. Email musictheoryshop@gmail.com to cancel order with subject line: "Please cancel order #1234" and include the order number.

There are no refunds for printables, digital downloads.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, sorry, but there are no refunds. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
